LittleBigPlanet - Store Date Broken! Well for all you ps3 fans out there, or those contemplating getting it, one of the best reasons to do so just came out, well not officially though.

LittleBigPlanet arrived at my house today a full 2 weeks before the Australian release date and 5 days before the US release date, why? Well an error I believe by the company I ordered from...

To put it simply I have now in my possesion the game and it is awesome. Unfortunately though the servers to log on to download extra content and upload content is currently offline so I can't play with that yet.

The game though already has a patch out on the EA Servers (patch 1.01) which I'm guessing is the patch to fix any copies of the game that sneak by with the vicious audio track still in it (like mine I'm presuming). After the patch is a short (roughly 1-2 minute) install onto the hard disk then the game truly begins.

For a mini preview/review read on, or if you just want proof that I have the game as well.

Inside

Well as for the game, a brilliant introduction and voice acting opens the game up well. It introduces you to your sackboy, shows how to customise him a little bit and how to get him excited and happy.

Straight after this you dive straight into the realm of the game, the first level is a simple level designed to get you used to the basics of movement and jumping.

After this though the game's levels do dramatically get more difficult to get everything the first time through. The second level while in itself is not challenging to get all the extra features its a bit tougher as the more finite and tricky bits of the game are never explained. Never mind this though it ads to the fun trying to figure out yourself how on earth you are meant to get to certain parts within the game.

Trophies appear to be logical enough and the bronze ones tend to happen naturally as you play the game, after the first level it had already unlocked about 5-6 of the bronze trophies which in turn is roughly 3% of the total trophies available so theres definitly room to keep going back and trying to perfect levels and find all the hidden secrets.

I will possibly write up more later on but first its time to finish my university assignment.
